The low-rise elevator cars in ARB will be out of service for intermittent periods from approximately 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, due to emergency testing.

Due to emergency repairs taking place on the 10th floor, steam-related systems will be temporarily unavailable from 4:30 p.m. today, January 18, until approximately 12 a.m. on Thursday, January 19

The ICRC freight elevator will be out of service from approximately 7 a.m. on Thursday, January 19 until 12 p.m. on Friday, January 20 due to installation of new doors.

Steam systems are currently unavailable throughout the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons today, January 12, due to emergency repairs being conducted by NewYork-Presbyterian.

CUIMC Facilities has received several reports from occupants of the William Black and Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons buildings of an apparent steam leak.

Facilities Management has teams working to restore the many CUIMC spaces that were affected by last week’s cold snap and we are working with campus leaders to prioritize restoration efforts.

Following earlier outages caused by flooding in the nearby Presbyterian Building, normal power has been restored to floors 3 to 5 of VP&S and floors 7-9 of VC.
