Jonathan Kornberg
- Director of Instructional Technology, Classroom Technology Support
Jonathan Kornberg has been the director of Instructional Technology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center since 2009. Jonathan oversees digital technology deployment; classroom coordinators and management teams that handle classroom and enterprise-wide systems, digital teaching and learning platforms; and lecture capture and delivery systems across campus. His teams perform regular testing, analysis, and adjustment of media equipment, infrastructure, technologies, and facilities to maintain consistent readiness and reliability. Jonathan also oversees digital platforms, branded analytics, and marketing transitions to digital teaching and learning.
Jonathan plays a pivotal role in introducing innovative, cutting-edge technologies to education at the medical center. He is in charge of classroom coordination, audiovisual support, technology support and updates, infrastructure planning and installation. He regularly interfaces with facilities, builders, A/V vendors and installers, faculty, staff, and students in relation to mobile, online, and digital environments and platforms. Among his priorities are large scale enterprise wide strategic management and technology projects and full upgrades from analog to digital media infrastructure with a full version of A/V over IP solutions in existing spaces.

Jared Kramer has been with Columbia University in one aspect or another for 20 years. He is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading the technology within the classrooms, board rooms, and other locations across the medical center.
Before he joined Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Jared's career brought him to several countries working in the technology field doing various jobs, from installing fiber optic cameras onto deep-sea submersibles to upgrading and installing audiovisual systems within American consulates and embassies.
Jared is an EMT for the Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps.

- Instructional Technology Coordinator, Classroom Technology Support
Richard Parkins plays a key, hands-on role in the medical center's efforts to foster, develop, and support the use of digital technologies and procedures in classrooms and auditoriums.
Richard was the project manager for technical operational support of the Helene Fuld Health Trust Simulation Center at Columbia University School of Nursing. He holds a B.S. in computer information sciences-IT from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the New York City Chapter of PMI (Project Management Institute).
