Meet Clarisa Rosa

Clarisa Rosa, a heavy cleaner with Facilities Management at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, expresses pride in her work and the recognition she receives for her efforts. She highlights the supportive environment for people with disabilities, emphasizing the importance of being judged by performance rather than disability. Clarisa has been working at the university for five months and values the encouragement and advice she receives from colleagues. She encourages others in her field to be confident, be themselves, and strive to do their best.
