Allan Rosenfield Building Lighting Retrofit and Upgrades, Sept. 30 - Dec. 31
As part of Sustainable Columbia’s Plan 2030 and NYC’s Local Law 88, the existing fluorescent light fixtures throughout the Allan Rosenfield Building will be upgraded and replaced with LED light fixtures beginning on Monday, September 30. We anticipate this work will continue through approximately Tuesday, December 31.
What you can expect during this time:

Lighting replacement schedules will be shared with each floor’s occupants before work starts. Signage also will be placed on each floor before work starts.

Work is scheduled to take place Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. (except Holidays).

Work will occur in the stairwells and throughout the buildings.
