Hammer Building Freight Elevator Repairs: Oct. 17-24, 2024

The freight elevator car in the Hammer Health Sciences Center will be temporarily out of service from 7 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 17 to approximately 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24. During this time, please use the low rise and high rise elevator as needed to get to the desired floor for freight service.

• Please expect longer than usual delays for passenger service while we conduct our maintenance work.

• Consider using the stairwells whenever possible to alleviate extra traffic and allow accessibility access to the remaining elevators.
