Upcoming Facilities Work Order System Downtime

The Facilities Management online work order system will undergo scheduled maintenance beginning at 5 p.m. today, Thursday, June 27, and will be unavailable until approximately 9 a.m. on Monday, July 1. During this maintenance period, you will be unable to submit new requests or check on the status of previously submitted work orders.

  • For new, non-urgent requests: Please wait until we’ve completed our system maintenance to submit your request.
  • For new, urgent requests: If you encounter urgent situations that pose a life safety or health hazard or may cause major property damage, such as floods or temperature-related issues in specialized research and clinical spaces, please contact us immediately at212-305-HELP (4357), option 3.

As part of our system maintenance, we are updating the work order form URL. If you have bookmarked the old URL, please update your bookmarks by visiting the Facilities Management website on Monday, July 1, and saving the new URL.
