VEC Domestic Water Service Disruption, 8 p.m. October 18 - 4 a.m. October 19

Domestic water service in the Vagelos Education Center will be temporarily unavailable from 8 p.m. on Friday, October 18, through approximately 4 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, due to repairs.

During this time, hot and cold water will be unavailable, and restrooms in VEC will also be inoperable. Please use nearby restrooms in the Hammer Building.

Facilities representatives will on site before, during, and after the shutdown to ensure water is fully restored to the building. 

Once service is restored, please allow faucets to run for 3-4 minutes to ensure constant flow and pressure. Water may appear brown at first, but will turn clear as it continues to run.
