Meet Jenny Ni Zhan

Jenny Ni Zhan, project manager for Capital Project Management, has more than a decade of experience in turning bold ideas into beautifully built realities. From her artistic dreams and endeavors to noticing the little things, Jenny's outlook on life gave us a lot to think about. Bottom line? Jenny’s the kind of person who doesn’t just dream big—she builds it.

Do you have any hidden talents?

 I was in a musical in college.

Who have your role models been?

 All working women, especially women in leadership who give others a voice and representation.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a painter but now I get to build buildings!

What makes you smile?

Small things. Cucumber flavored water. Sunny breeze. Catching the subway just when I get on the platform.

What superpower would you choose for yourself?

To extend time so I can travel more.

Do you have a funny CUIMC story?

 When Public Safety thought I was a student.

How would you describe yourself in one word? Why?

 Tenacious. Follow through and you will find reward/surprise at the end.

What’s something that people would be surprised to learn about you?

I can eat a lot.
