ICRC Parking Garage Access and 167th Street Traffic Impact Beginning April 7, 2025

Access into and out of the ICRC Parking Garage will be limited to one way to and from St. Nicholas Avenue beginning on April 7, 2025, due to construction-related work at the Vagelos Innovation Laboratories site. ICRC parkers will be directed to and from St. Nicholas Avenue to access the ICRC parking garage.

Things to know:

  • Eastbound 167th street will be completely closed from ICRC parking garage entrance to Audubon Ave.
  • All vehicular traffic will only be able to access the ICRC parking garage from St. Nicholas Avenue and must also exit the garage towards St. Nicholas.
  • Access will be impacted from approximately 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays.
  • One lane for through traffic from St. Nicholas Ave. to Audubon Ave. is expected to be restored by mid-May, 2025.

Traffic entering and exiting the ICRC garage will be facilitated by onsite flaggers.
