New Facilities work order system launches Wednesday, August 15
Since the launch of our new Facilities Management work order request form last year, many of you have shared very valuable feedback about the limitations of the form.
We are pleased to announce that our enhanced work order request form launched on Wednesday, August 15. With the new form, you can do the following:
- Enter information more easily than ever
- Provide expanded details without worrying about length
- Add up to five attachments to illustrate your needs
- View the form on your tablet or mobile device
- See campus alerts that may affect your spaces
During this transitional period, you may notice minor glitches to the system’s auto-generated emails, including receiving emails for previously completed work requests. Please disregard these emails.
Our Customer Service Center remains available to answer any follow-up phone calls or urgent inquiries at 212-305-HELP (4357), option 3. If you live on campus, you can submit maintenance requests via the same system and contact the Office of Housing Services with any follow-up inquiries at 212-305-HELP (4357), option 2.
