  We provide heating and cooling to spaces across the medical center.

• Autoclaves

  We provide utility service for autoclaves, including associated piping, valves, and fixtures.

  We clean and maintain restrooms across the campus.

  CUIMC Facilities Management provides utility services to cage washers.

• Ceilings

  We repair damage to ceilings, including acoustical tiles, plaster, and stone or brick.

• Cleaning and Custodial Services and Routines

  Our Custodial Services team cleans spaces throughout the medical center.

• Common Areas

  We make repairs to and maintain common areas in our residential buildings.

• Compressed Air Lines

  We maintain, repair, and test the compressed air systems.
