We in the Office of Housing Services are focused on providing safe, clean, and convenient on-campus living experiences that help our residents thrive—academically, professionally, and personally—during their time at CUIMC. By living with us, you have the opportunity to help shape our residential community so you and your fellow students can have a great experience. 

Role of our team: At CUIMC we view our residence as much more than accommodations.  The Office of Housing Services is here to assist you in making your stay with us enjoyable and successful through their effort and dedication.   We are here to assist with campus resources, maintenance requests in your apartments, leasing opportunities and connecting you to the campus.   

Community Living: By living with us, you are choosing to be an active member in an inclusive community and you have the opportunity to help shape it so you and your fellow students can have a great experience.  By joining our community, you have unlocked a door that will offer you a world of exciting new experiences, academic and personal support, and meaningful connections with others.
