Still Searching for Housing? Consider Subletting at CUIMC

Did you know CUIMC affiliates qualify to sublet an on-campus housing unit? This includes individuals doing rotations at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center during the summer months.

If you need housing for a period when our short-term housing is not available, request the most recent sublet list from the Office of Housing Services at housingservices@cumc.columbia.edu. Sublets are typically available during the months of June-August.

Columbia affiliates who are searching for rental housing in the metropolitan area are encouraged to use the Off-Campus Housing Marketplace, an apartment hunting tool created with the Columbia affiliate in mind.
