Tower 3 Laundry Room

A Clean Slate

The Office of Housing Services will install a new, full-service laundry facility in Tower 3. Centrally located on the first floor lobby level, the new laundry facility will provide ample space for washing, drying, and folding; wi-fi access and other amenities also will be available. As the culmination of extensive strategic planning and a methodical survey of existing conditions by the architects and engineers, the space will minimize future disruptions to service.

As of February 2018, the construction documents are being prepared for bidding. We will provide regular updates, including a rendering and a construction timeline.

Project Scope: The project includes the installation of washers and dryers in a central location of Tower 3. The new laundry space is planned to be behind the reception area in the lobby.

Special Feature/Highlight: The laundry room will provide a central amenity for all residents of Tower 3.
