Hammer Elevator Modernization Project
In late 2016, we initiated an elevator modernization project to improve the reliability, function, and appearance of the elevators located in Hammer Health Sciences Center. Once this multi-year, multi-phase project is complete, occupants and visitors will see major upgrades to the building’s elevator infrastructure and sleek new interior cab designs.

Project Scope: Ten elevators that service the building—including three high-rise cars, four low-rise cars, two lower-level cars, and one freight car—will be renovated to improve the reliability, functionality, and appearance of the elevators.
